I’m a people advocate. I champion for the people who use the products we build and for the people on my teams.
I’m a design leader and team builder, with 25+ years of product and platform design experience and an emphasis on elevating team and individual performance, improving ways of working, and cultivating relationship success. Sought out for my motivating and connective management style, I collaborate at all levels to spark positive culture change and push for what’s possible. I empower cross-functional teams to ask, “Are we solving the right problem?”, and to solve—really solve—problems for our users. As we take off on new AI adventures, I’m helping to guide teams as we leverage AI as a creative partner and design for AI experiences, and encourage an approach based on curiosity, responsibility, and strategic outcomes. Above all, I focus on creating healthy, high-functioning environments where teams and individuals can thrive—and also have some fun along the way!
